Intro/Beginnings

I am a 22 year old college graduate and after some ease dropping from a fellow co-worker's conversation I decided to do some research on this supposed "lemonade diet" a.k.a. "The Master Cleanser." My co-worker was having a conversation with someone about a show that they had saw with Beyonce Knowles, in which she mentioned this Maple-lemonade diet that she was on to lose 20lbs for her Dream Girls role. Now I don't watch a lot of T.V. or do i listen to anything Miss Beyonce Knowles sings. But I thought it was interesting to hear that there was something out there that a star tried to lose weight with.

Now I am 5' 8" and 207lbs. I have been successful in changing my eating habits for the past month and have lost 2 pounds. Now this may not seem like much but I have done a lot to revert my unhealthy habits and I am proud of that. But I wanted to find out more about this diet, yet knowing that it is probably unhealthy to lose 20lbs in 10 days. Upon reading different blogs and exerts from books, I listed them below, I have decided to try it for my self.
